of course! i consider that credit cards should not play the main role on peole's meeting. if i want to find a friend and keep in touch with him/her from email i wouldnt pay any atention on his money, because a real friendship birthes not from money, but in people's heart...
I have never used Yahoo! personals myself, but my guess is that they'll take Visa and Mastercard Debit cards as well. So you have a few options. The best way would be to open up a checking account at a bank that issues Visa or Mastercard debit cards. Your other option is to find one of those check cashing places that has reloadable Mastercards where they take your money and load it onto a Mastercard for your (for a fee of course).
